Absolutely every second counts in a race – we at CUBE know this and that’s why we have developed the Litening AERO C:68X Race, a UCI-compliant race bike whose frame generates 30% less air resistance. Also included: a crank set with a watt measuring system and Newmen Advanced STREEM wheels with 50 mm profile on the front and 65 mm profile on the rear wheel, which are responsible for the sensational handling. With the wide-ranging, super-reliable Shimano Ultegra Di2 2×12 gears, you can change from gear to gear easily and smoothly. And because we have installed the matching hydraulic Ultegra disc brakes, you can now accelerate at full throttle for even longer – and then brake extremely late and super directly. There’s no question about it, you’re dealing with a real butt racer here!

There are these rules – and a road bike has to comply with them in order to be admitted to UCI races. So we set out to make the Litening C:68X’s carbon frame even more aerodynamic without breaking the rules. How did we manage to do that? Using our high-quality C:68X® composite material, complex CFD analysis and real-world wind tunnel testing. The result is 30% less air resistance in the form of a completely UCI-compliant chassis, which creates a fully integrated set-up with fork, stem, handlebars and seat post. At the same time, this racer is extremely comfortable to drive. It offers tire clearance for tires up to 28 mm wide and can be used with all current watt measuring systems. But his specialty is and remains: speed, speed and more speed!
