Addict 10 Bike Information
The Scott Addict 10 is an endurance-based carbon road bike that can keep riders moving fast for miles on end. It takes technology from Scott’s flagship road bike, the Addict RC, making it a worthy ally for more challenging days on the road. This endurance version of the Addict is built with a more upright position that is less focused on racing and more in tune with stability and a fun yet effective rider experience. Space for 32c tires mean lead to a smooth ride over small bumps and less than welcoming roads, keeping the rider comfortable and fresh. Disc brakes are also included on this version for powerful and modulated stopping power with heat dissipation for added confidence in all weather.
The frame of the Addict 10 is made with their HMF carbon which is less expensive compared to their race-based HMX carbon. This frame is also made with three pieces of carbon rather than seven, lowering the price further while maintaining the Addict feel. The frame still comes in at under 1,000 grams. The build of the Scott Addict 10 is stiff and durable, striking the perfect balance of nimble road bike and versatile endurance machine. A tubeless-ready wheel is also featured, making flat tires less common on a long ride or jenky road. This bike is equipped with a SRAM Rival eTap AXS groupset for 12-speed electronic shifting at a great price. The Scott Addict 10 is great for the rider who wants to pack in miles on a lightweight and fast bike.
